TLC Home Care has been serving the Greater Twin Cities Area Since 1988. We offer a variety of home health services, which can assist you and your loved one(s). We provide intermittent, part-time or extended hours of Skilled Nursing, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, and Homemaking.

Live-In (12 hour overnight or 24 hour shift)

The caregiver provides all levels of personal, psychosocial and domestic care at a level appropriate to each client. Individualized, client-centered training would be provided in accordance with the client's plan of care.

Quality Assurance

At TLC Home Care, our staff will visit the client's home while the caregiver is present. The purpose is to evaluate and assist with the changing needs of the client. TLC also assesses the client's satisfaction with our service. If changes or improvements are needed, we will immediately address those requests.
