I have been very happy with the staff here. All staff seem to know all residents by name and almost always address them by name just in passing. And many of them will give me a quick update on something my dad has done or said, even if they are with the kitchen staff. It is always clean. And has a good atmosphere, with plenty of activitys for those who want to participate.
