The Waterford Independent living apartments are dirty, filthy and stink. There currently is a bed bug infestation that they were made aware of many months ago and someone did nothing until last month, Now the apartments are crawling with bed bugs, the exterminators had to punch holes in the apartment walls to get at them and they scattered. Rugs are duct taped, stained and smell. Potholes in the driveway, roof was leaking, this is not a place I would recommend for anyone
