I went to tour Knollwood Place Apartments. It was very nice. There were more residents there because it's been occupied all this time. They had remodeled it, and it was beautiful. It would have been very convenient for me because my daughter lives across the road. I was looking at their 2-bedrooms, and they were nice. However, I'm a little concerned because I'm not Jewish (in fact, I'm Catholic), but then the staff called me back and said they have mass once a month. I kind of like it because it was close to my daughter's house, and they're probably going to want me close to them. The staff was very friendly. They had more activities because they're more established. They've been in business longer and it's a bigger place. They had more things going on, although things had been pretty quiet because of Covid. The staff was very good. I noticed something else like the chairs, for example, were all with arms (which is necessary because people can't get fall off the chairs). They had just remodeled it, so they had lovely new furniture.

I did not like Knollwood Place Apartments at all. I would not even consider it. The building was bordered by a freeway. They have a little outside area but it isn't very big because it is in a busy area. It is probably eight stories tall. There were no balconies, and no laundry, and it was overpriced for what they were offering. The two units that I saw were just OK, they were older, but they did not have the openness. They were just rooms with separate kitchens and separate living rooms, and there was not much storage. It was old and kind of needed some cleaning or updating.

I'm currently at Knollwood Place Apartments. The food is good. I'd seen it once before, and it was very nice. My apartment is spacious, airy, bright, and very nice. The staff so far has been very nice. They have literary study groups and current events, but they're a small amount of people spread out. The staff is very nice. I've only gone to a couple of things, but they've been good.

Knollwood Place Apartments were very good and excellent. The staff and people were extremely friendly. We felt very welcomed, and the apartment was what we were looking for and had just been redone. They had a long list of activities and served meals. The place and the hallways were clean. They had different classes if you needed them. The rooms were adequate in size.
