Willows of Arbor Lakes is a very nice facility. We don't know personally about the care or the food, but we know that they feed them three times a day. The community rooms, libraries, exercise room facilities, and things like that were in the same position as the other place. The rooms were clean, spacious, modern, and well-kept. They're very nice. Everything is keyboard code, so security seems to be okay.

The Willows of Arbor Lakes is very nice and relatively new. The staff is very friendly and the living area is big, open, and bright. My father is in one of the one-bedroom apartments, he has a lot of windows, it's nice and bright, and it has a kitchenette. They have a lot of activities and a nice patio. There are two floors, and he's on the upper floor. The lower floor has a garden that they can go out and garden if they want. Everyone has been very nice and friendly. The food looks very good. They have bingo, balloon playing, singing, and birthday parties, and they have two activity directors. It's nice and clean. It's just pricier than others.
