We are staying at All Seasons Ann Arbor. They have quite a few amenities. They have a theater and a lot of performances. All of the apartments are furnished with a stove, a refrigerator, and a microwave. They do not supply everything else. They provide breakfast and dinner. They're having a hard time maintaining a steady staff. Some of the staff I would rate at five, except for those in the dining area. One of the problems that I see is that they're not very well trained, and I do not know the reason for that. I am not very happy with the food. They have a pool, and a person comes to provide us with exercises twice a week. So I think they did a good job there.

All Seasons Ann Arbor is a physically beautiful space. It's fairly well done. The facilities are amazing. They have a built-in indoor/outdoor heated pool. They have an amazing gym, they have an art studio where you can paint, can do pottery, and they have beautiful walking trails to the Geddes River. They have an amphitheater where they show movies, they have performances, and they have guest speakers like artists come in and talk about their work.
It's a very lively place. Even the individual apartments are beautiful. It's a pretty strict place. You also get breakfast and dinner each day. They allow dogs less than 45 pounds. It's incredibly expensive though. I signed a lease for one year and I do not plan to stay more than that. The staff was very welcoming, very thorough, very upbeat, had a very positive attitude, and they were excited about all their facilities. I've had a couple of meals there, and they're excellent. It was just very expensive. If you go down to dinner and you don't want to finish it and you want to take it back to your room, if they'd put it in a dish like a covered plastic dish, they'll charge you $3.

I went to see All Seasons Ann Arbor last week and independent living is all they have. I was very impressed with it. They had a swimming pool that was both indoor and outdoor. It's a very brand-new building and the décor was very impressive. I didn't see many people there. They only opened in January so I don't know how many people have moved in yet. The apartment design was very nice. I liked it a lot. They have 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units.
The staff who showed me around was very nice and very knowledgeable.
They might need direction signs around. It's a big place so it's easy to get lost. Otherwise, it's very impressive.
I didn't have a meal there but they have a lot of choices and variety. They also have a beautiful dining room.
