Rolling Hills Retirement Community is a brand new place, and it's beautiful. It's not fully occupied. They have everything you would want. They have three meals a day. It's beautifully appointed and my friend is very happy there. It was very, very nice. I just don't think it's worth $50,000 a year. It's $4200 a month with three meals, housekeeping, and beautifully appointed rooms with a full kitchen, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. I have nothing against it. It's just I couldn't give up my condo and go to that. It's 55 and up, so this is for people who are independent. I only met two people, and they were very kind and very warm. What I liked is they have a lady who lives there permanently, so there's always someone there at night. They were going to start a home health care company on the premise, so if you would need physical therapy or if you need someone to stay with you, you can hire them. It's a very, very well-organized company. I ate and the food was very good. They have maybe 50 to 60 people now and they hope to have it filled by the end of the year. It's very well appointed. They have staff there 24 hours a day. They have a maintenance man on call if you need somebody. They have a chef and he comes to the table and asks you if the food is good. It's all cafeteria-style, so you have to go up and get your food. They will have a sit-down later on for the main meal. I can't complain about anything. They have a room to watch movies. You have individual leather chairs and they have meetings in that room about the facility. It's beautiful. It's very, very nice, but it's not for me.
