We toured Bowman Place. They were friendly, efficient, and provided full disclosure. Their COVID setup is perfect, they're COVID-free, and they have all the protocols. The upkeep and maintenance are perfect. The dining room struck me the most; I like the decor, it's sunny, airy, and clean. The facility is one floor only and they have a courtyard too.

The people at Bowman Place were very attentive and helpful. If it doesn't work out with the other facility, this is where we want to go. The place was very friendly and clean.

My wife is in Bowman Place. It is extremely clean, and the staff is very pleasant. They have some activities. The food is always the most complained about in any of these facilities, but it's OK here. I was able to dine here. They've got a puzzle that they work on, and my wife has done some of that. They have bingo, and I think they have an exercise program. They've got some good things there. It's expensive.

Bowman Place was very clean. A lot of people had their doors open, and everything was clean and smelled nicely. The people were incredibly nice. It was a quiet neighborhood. I liked the whole setup of it. They don't have a nursing home, but they will keep you until the end. The staff has been in constant contact with my relative and with me too. I liked it so well and it was convenient, so I didn't go any place else.

My parents are at Bowman Place in Three Rivers. They are very attentive to their residents. We cannot visit our parents because of these virus concerns, and they have no control over that. They call us anytime there is any need with our parents. They are very open with communication. We cannot visit them right now, unless it is outdoors. With the weather right now in Michigan, it is not the easiest to take my parents out so we have not been able to visit them since they moved in. The care they are receiving is very good. It is excellent. They are happy there, and they are treated well. As for the food (based on my parents), there are some things that they have trouble eating because they are tough. But overall, the meals are good. The facility is always very clean and bright with updated furniture and furnishings in the hallways. It is just a pleasant place. They have an activities director and I heard people participating in the activities. I cannot complain about the services they are receiving there. The money they are paying is a lot but it is worth it.

My mother liked Bowman House, that was the reason we picked it. The staff were attentive and caring. My mom really felt comfortable there. She had a studio room. The whole facility was very clean. They also had really tasty food.
