Lutheran was excellent, the staff was wonderful, and they took care of my aunt. The nurse was very knowledgeable, and the social workers were excellent all the way. I can't say enough good things about them.

Lutheran Home was OK. It was a nursing home, and my aunt was in it. The staff was very caring. Some of the rooms were single rooms, some were double, and they were clean and nice. It was in the Detroit area, and it was on a busy street, but it was easy to get to. It was nice and convenient. It just wasn’t convenient because we live 30 miles out of Detroit, and that is why it was not convenient for us.

Wellspring Lutheran Services was absolutely wonderful. They give different levels of care. They had anywhere from private rooms to semi-private rooms and wards where they had 4 people in a room. The place was absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't say enough about the staff; they were fabulous. They were very, very caring. They had a little church in there where they have their little bible studies and everything. The activity director was great. I had an aunt that was in there who is very, very particular, and she said the food was great.

My Dad used to be a patient of The Lutheran Home. I have already moved him from there. They didn't have long term bed and prior to that he had fallen 4 times there. Everyday for dinner he had some type of sandwich.The lunch would be nice but for dinner it's just sandwiches. I didn't really care much about the food but the fact that he fell 4 times was a big concern on our part.
