My dad would still be alive if he wasn’t in this facility. Awful staff. Laughed when they messed up his pills. One nurse had no mask or name tag on and was irritated by our request. When dad passed and we went in to see him his eyes were still open. They didn’t even help him eat. Please don’t send your loved there. He was in the rehab facility.

SUPER PISSED

This place is terrible. They ask you to give them 24 hr. notice to come see your loved one. Well that's so they can get them ready. Every time you go they give you a different policy or something. I asked several time for a booklet of policies and procedures they don't have one they change every time you go. I was going every night to be with my mother who was not mobile at the time. Nobody ever said anything. One night the Nursing director told me I had to leave. When I asked why she said it was policy I had to see my mom in another room because of her roommate. She had always had a room mate. I said she's not mobile what do you want me to do. I refused to leave my mother who at the time was dying and we didn't know. She called her manager and came back and said either you leave, or she is in a private room , or I call the police and have you removed. I told her get her a private room or call the police I am not leaving my mother. That night we ended up having her moved to St. Mary's they called Symphony after they cleaned my mothers teeth for 45 minutes and told them how dare you let someone get like this. This is someones mother. I saw one lady get wheeled out to the dinning room table every day and left there. 1/2 the time she just laid with her head on the table with nobody checking her. I feel bad for people that don't have a lot of family to watch over them there. We rotated and were there almost all day and night. I t was a terrible experience and I am so sorry we put my mother through that. By the way uncompationate nursing director my mother passed two days later. I am so happy I didn't leave. That was just a few more hours I had with her that I would not give up for the life of me. Please be careful people.

Newish looking facility but the positives stop there. 1. Hour plus waits when pushing the call button 2. Inadequate physical therapy time allotment 3. Serves dinner super late 7:30 or later at night with many meals served cold or improperly prepared leading to bowel issues 4. Severely understaffed nearly every staff interaction they mention how understaffed they are

My mom had to wait 8 days to get a boot to start her rehab. By then she got covid. Left her in a poopy bed over night. Forgot her dinner and she was dieabedtic. They go into covid rooms then go into other rooms. Not to smart!! My mom died. Would not recommend going there.........

My mom was in Caretel Inns of Tri-Cities. The food was outstanding, and their gourmet chef was better than any restaurant in town. Family members that visit got to eat there and it only costs $5. That food would cost $25 in a restaurant. A lot of the patients allow their family members to eat with them, and it's a very positive thing. Her room was nice, it was very bright, very decorated, not as large as the others, but it looked homey, and it looked like they cared about you. They had Bingo, trivia night, a little movie theater, exercises, and they played Euchre. They had tons of stuff to do. They also had a state of the art physical and occupational therapy.

Unfortunately the staff here did not follow my family members orders from the Doctor for the entire stay. Staff was very rude any time a question was asked about why the orders were not being followed.

My brother stayed at Caretel Inns of Tri-cities. The place is beautiful with nice and clean rooms. He said that the food was good. As far as I know, everything went fine. He was there for therapy and did well, so they released him.

My sister was in Caretel Inns of Tri-Cities for rehab. That one was very luxurious. They worked with her, and they were very good. She had a very nice room. The staff was good, but they were shorthanded. They tried to be helpful and answered questions when need be. It's a brand new facility and very high end. The rehab facilities were nice. It was very nicely setup and well decorated. It was like staying in a small hotel.

My mother stayed in Caretel for two weeks. It was wonderful, she absolutely loved it. She was treated excellent. She still talks about going there and the fun that she had, the activities that they did, and the good food. The facility was nice. When we walked in, they didn't have any smell, it was clean, and it's a secured facility.
