I toured Cambridge East and knew immediately it was more Care than my father needed. He’s currently in an Assisted Living but I’d like him closer. I had a very nice tour and then received a follow up telephone call from the admissions office. I explained that after touring I needed to look for an Assisted living. After discussing my dad the admissions person spent about 20 extra minutes on the telephone with me giving me suggestions on places for my dad. She had a guide that she went through with me with appropriate placements. She gave me several numbers of places to call and even named people to contact that she’s worked with. All I can say is wow and thank you. She even gave me her direct cell number to call if I had any more questions. Great customer service Cambridge East. Thank you

My Mother stayed here for a couple of weeks after a fall. Facility was very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. She was treated with dignity and respect at all times. Lots of activities for the residents. She loved the food and all the people. I would recommend Cambridge East.

My aunt has been at this facility for 14 months. The therapy team is great. Bonnie and Ivan really do a fantastic job! This place is not the most up-to-date, but the staff really pay attention to the residents. I am really sensitive to smells. This place did not have a urine smell like most nursing homes I've visited!! Every time I visited my aunt, she was always engaged in an activity which really makes me feel that the facility truly cares about the patient's quality of life!

Discharging my aunt from this nursing home was a breeze. After she completed therapy, the he social worker set up home health care and made sure she had the proper equipment she needed.

My 80 year old grandmother received short-term rehabilitation services at Cambridge East after experiencing a stroke. The therapy team was phenomenal! Bonnie, Milton and Ivan really went above and beyond for my grandmother. She was walking on her own and able to return home fairly quickly! I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking short-term rehabilitation! Thank you Cambridge East!

Loved Ones are overlooked and mistreated. Total care is sluggish and staff is overwork. 16 patients on the cna and low pay makes for a nice stay at cambridge. Manager is slow to answer and fix problems. And so much more.
