One star is too much for this place!!!! Patients are not placed by there needs, there placed by what room is available.
Just took my father in law out of there .
There for physical therapy but was placed with people that are not all there upstairs. Plus was sent home with a medicine he wasn't supposed to have. They also told us he has dementia which he does not.
Should be shut down!!!!!!!

We visited my brother-in-law at Rivergate Terrace. It was a very well kept place, but the rooms could probably use more enlargement. The room was kind of small, and it’s got three beds in it. They’ve got a list of all the activities for the week that they try to get involved in, and they have some fieldtrips too. It was a modern, medium sized facility, and the staff was professional.

My mom and Dad were both in the care center until they passed. I could not have asked for better care for them. The love and caring they received was more than i could have asked for..I am very grateful for the care that was given to them both and the caring and support that was given to me.
