1 company, 1 new regional director, 1 new director of administration, 2 new head nurses, 4 caseworkers later, this has been the worst experience, ever. Just when you think everything is going OK, it gets bad. Who can I contact at a Leadership level at ProMedica (previously Heartland)? I feel sorry for the patients who don't have loved ones checking on them constantly

I've been here at ProMedica Skilled Nursing And Rehabilitation for about 4 months now. This place is top-notch. Everything is very clean, the food is good, and everyone is pleasant. I have no complaints. I am in a shared room. It's got 3 beds in it and it's very roomy. I'm in a bed that has the most room. I have quiet roommates, so everything is just fine. We have our own shared bathroom. The food here is very good with a nice variety. There is a very large dining room. I do lots of activities here like card games, crafts, dice, and hangman.

During our visit to ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, we enjoyed the people in the rehab department. That's what we were looking at the most. They were cheerful and very knowledgeable. They'd been there for quite a few years. So, it's not like they were hopping from facility to facility. We liked that place. We like the people, all the workers, they were all friendly, caring, and answered all of our questions.
The dining area was clean, and the tables weren't crowded. There were no people dining at the time we were there, but the tables were spread out, so they had plenty of room. We were told that we could take dinner there one evening and use the dining room, which we liked, so we didn't have to be crowded in a room.
They do games in their rooms right now. They had a game room, but it was kind of blocked off. There was a fish tank in there which we kind of liked. The rehab people go to the rooms and do some rehab in the rooms too. They could order meals in from outside, with no problem.
Right now, my husband is still in the hospital, and nobody will take his insurance, so he has to come home.
