  • Housekeeping and laundry service
  • 3 nutritious, home-cooked meals daily

If you have a family member suffering from any level of dementia or Alzheimer's, our experienced staff is here to help. We put the health and safety of our clients first, which is why our 2 buildings have had anti-wander security measures installed.

We have an experienced staff on-site 24/7:

Our staff will work with doctors, Geri-psych nursing services, and stress units on managing your elder's behaviors. Together, we'll find ways to manage and maintain their comfort and levels of functionality, for as long as possible.

I thought Olive Branch Senior Assisted Living was great. The people were really nice. It's so homey and that's what I really liked. The owner gave me the tour, and he was fantastic and very informative, and told us everything we needed to know. He was very good. He showed us all the rooms and the shower. One lady let us come in and see her room and it was so cute. Everything's so nice. It was big and she had a bed, a chair, a TV, and a dresser. She had everything in there. It was real homey. They had nice windows in all the rooms, so everybody gets a lot of sunlight. It was spotless in there. The kitchen and everything was so clean. I just wish it was a little bit cheaper, but we haven't totally ruled it out.

We have chosen Olive Branch Senior Assisted Living for my uncle because it's more of a home setting. It's a smaller place, so it doesn't feel like a nursing home type. He's got a nice room, spacious and clean, and we can fix it up however we want. It doesn't look like a hospital room. The staff seemed nice, too. Right now, they don't have a lot of activities, but they do have popcorn nights and ice cream days where they can sit all together and watch a movie. Maybe on holidays, they will have more activities.

I had a very positive experience with my visit to Olive Branch Senior Assisted Living. I would highly recommend that place. Several weeks after that visit we had an appointment with one of my husband's physicians that we got to know quite well through the years, and I was telling him what I had done. He said he used to be a visiting visitation physician, and he said, "If I had to place my loved one anywhere," I hadn't even told him about the Olive Branch or the other facilities, but he said, "If I had to place my loved one anywhere, I would choose the Olive Branch in Perry MI." That's the one I had just discerned was going to be the best fit for us. Coming from my husband's physician, that was very, very confirming to me. The staff was very accommodating. We actually live probably ten minutes from them, so that was appealing to me. I was surprised by the quality of the facility for such a small, rural country place. The first thing that caught my attention that I picked up very quickly was that the workers that were there, they had been there a long time, that they were invested in the residents, and that they were more community people. That speaks very highly of the way the employee is treated there, and when the employee is treated well, usually the consumer will be treated well also. It was very pleasant.

Mom moves in to Olive Branch and I like the services that they provide which is included in the cost of her stay there. It is accessible so I can visit her whenever she needs me. I like it that the doors are secured. The staff is very congenial, helpful and attentive to her moods and her needs. If she needs them, they are right there. They are very polite and caring to all the residents in assisting them. She is in a single room with a shared bathroom. However, she's excited because in a few days she will be moving to a new room in the new building where she will have her own room with her own bath as promised to her. My mom is very happy to be there. I am recommending this facility to others.
