By far a lot better then the one in Ann Arbor and Clinton Twp more caring workers cleaner better food good therapy the downfall was my husband was in quarantine for two weeks

Briarwood was my best decision. I learned so much from my therapist and have been doing better at home then prior to even going to the hospital. I’m always going to cheer on briarwood.

My husband was recently at Briarwood and I was very happy with the care I received there. Cassie was wonderful she was my husbands CNA while there and she was such a pleasure and so caring. I was very pleased and would go back there if he had to.

Awesome place to have you or your loved one receive care. Front office staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

My mother was a patient here. Terrible follow thru and no one knows what is going on. Everyone had a different answer. They never put her C Pap on her at night, soiled linens and food looked like dog food. She was scheduled for surgery and they gave her breakfast the morning of..so it was cancelled. She got minimum care,her Dr.stated when she left here she was medically compromised. We moved her to a different facility. We made several complaints on deaf ears

I can't say enough how great I was treated by everyone. Nurses, aids, physical therapists, housekeeping, maintenance. It did take a long time sometimes to answer a light though. The food was awful too, but overall it was a good experience.

Not very responsive to patient requests. Takes 15 minutes to get someone to answer call lights even though people standing in hallways talking

I like Heartland Health Care Center-Briarwood. They were nice people. The staff was very accommodating. They had nice rooms. It was a very nice, and clean place. The administration people were very professional, and very accommodating. They had physical therapy, bingo, socializing, and you can get your hair done there.

I was very unhappy with Briarwood. My mother was on a congestive heart failure diet, which they were aware of when she entered. But they did not follow through. She went from a size 7 to a size 11 underwear in a matter of 9 days. She went 9 days without bowel movement. I know there's standard protocol for not having a BM after 3 days in facilities, and yet, it wasn't followed. She had 3 bedsores that they didn't seem to know about, and they weren't treating it. She was having rings around her abdomen and around her legs from her underwear and nobody noticed. They weren't turning her. She couldn't turn herself because of the pelvis break, so that's why she was having skin breakdowns. She was definitely neglected. Even when I brought it to their attention, it was not like any big deal.
