I had a friend sent to Hamilton to rehab before returning home. He laid in his room and became depressed because there were no exercise activities, cookout or anything for him to do but lay in his room. The food was all frozen and looked like food for toddlers in a care school. There was only one attendant on staff each shift. I was so glad when he finally went home. Room was bed, dresser, chair, bathroom. Interactions with staff minimal. Only 1 each shift. No activities at all for residents to enjoy but TV. No amenities offered. No cookouts. No bingo, no puzzles as advertised.

There was only 1 caregiver and 2 residents. No activities, barbeque area or exercise programs as advertised. Asked to see menu and would never feed my father any of that food. Someone should investigate this home and their advertisement.
