Staff is very friendly! This is a very nice facility. Housekeeping is always working hard everyday to keep the community clean. Food is good! Care is amazing! The people who work here truly care for my family member (and all residents)! My family who lives here loves all the activities provided!

It's easy to tell people about how great Story Point is. This summer I was telling my sister that when Mom passed I think she was worried that Dad would be a burden on me as his new caretaker. He is partially handicapped with MS and hasn’t live alone in 50 years. But at StoryPoint he has created a life for himself and not a burden to anyone. His quality of life hasn't been this good in decades. The rooms are modern and well managed. The staff is always amazing and helpful to my dad and his family. The food is high quality and flexible to your diet. More and more fun activities are available now that we are moving past the pandemic. Just today I missed a call from Dad and he left me a voicemail to call him. I called and he just wanted to know how we were doing and to say hi. I told him I’ve been busy running around all afternoon and picking up pizza for dinner. He then says they had someone come in to his building today who was a really good guitar player but they didn’t have anyone singing so he sang along to every song. Everyone was so impressed that he knew all the words the words. I told him that sounded like fun and I’m glad he was having a good time. After I said goodbye I opened Facebook and the first thing on my feed is from Storypoint and the first 3 pictures are of him having an amazing time with he friends. StoryPoint Chesterfield is really an amazing place and they make living fun again for him.

A dear family friend of mine has lived at StoryPoint for a little over a year now after coming from a different senior living home. Since day 1 her quality of life has improved significantly. She is finally receiving the care she needs/deserves. The entire staff is beyond helpful, always greets you with a smile and is truthfully happy to help with anything than can. You can tell they love their job and are happy to be there. StoryPoint’s cleanliness is immaculate. You would think you entered a 5 star resort! I have joined our friend numerous times for lunch and was always pleased with the food. After covid, it took time for our friend to become social again. She is now eager to mingle with others in the cafe for coffee every morning, she regularly attends happy hour, she loves doing crafts and has even started going on outings! Housekeeping always does a great job with keeping her apartment tidy and are always willing to run the vacuum when she asks! I know I can speak confidently and proudly for the family when I say that StoryPoint provides the best retirement possible for our loved one. I know where I’m going when I reach retirement; StoryPoint Chesterfield.

The Executive Director is amazing at StoryPoint! She is awesome with Residents and loves her job. She gets to know each family and loves to build on those relationships. The rest of the staff is amazing and go above and beyond for their residents.

My family member moved here in July 2019 shortly after opening and has loved living here. Staff and Director have always been kind and caring even when unique needs come up. Activites setup daily with special trips and functions planned to keep residents engaged. Facility is clean and always inviting of friends and family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a senior living option.

Story point of Chesterfield is a wonderful senior living facility. It has a great and caring staff The building is well maintained and has a wonderful dining room and lounge area. There are many daily activities going on.The apartments are very nice A big thank you to the wonderful staff at story point of Chesterfield for taking such good care of my mother.

All staff is so friendly and willing to assist mom. They go out of their way to accomodate and assist her. There are lots of varied activities along with weekly scheduled outings with their own bus. Daily menus for three meals are provided. But, if mom would like something not on the menu, she can request. The facility is safe. Staff watch out for everyone. Resident safety is obvious. This is very comforting. All staff make it a point to know the residents. Another comforting measure is if further services, such as hospice, medicine pass, housekeeping, room check or even a companion to walk with is needed...these services are there. I highly recommend StoryPoint.

My Mom is a resident of StoryPoint. The attention that the residents get from the staff is amazing. I know that she is well taken care of. And I can rest easy knowing that if anything comes up I am notified immediately.

My mom loves Storypoint!!! I looked at many Assisted living facilities and this was absolutely a perfect fit for her!!! It was stressful worrying if she would get the help she needed but it didn’t take long before we realized she was in very good hands! The staff, Ashley, Jennifer, Jen, Arrika, Lindsay, Gabby, Jonathan and Cindy just to name a few are exceptional!! My mom loves the absolutely delicious menu. They take care of all her needs including transportation to her doctors appt’s. She is so busy enjoying all the fun activities such as Bingo, various card games, Bridge, Dominoes, crafts, etc., that she rarely misses her family and has made many friends! StoryPoint also hosts wonderful events encouraging residents to invite their families. My moms lovely apartment is kept clean and tidy. They arranged for her to get physical and occupational therapies, and provided a medical alert necklace for her to press whenever she needs anything, 24 hours a day.

My sister has been living almost 3, years and her room is beautiful. The staff is amazing. They make sure that she has her meds every day. The whole staff works very hard to make StotyPoint is a kind and friendly place to live and work there. This is the very best place to live in every day

My mother is a resident at StoryPoint, Chesterfield. My mother enjoys living at StoryPoint very much. The rooms are very spacious, the staff is wonderful and the Executive Director is always on hand to guide each resident. StoryPoint provides many activities to keep my mom busy and active. Do not hesitate to select StoryPoint for your love one to live. The daily resident check in is an absolute plus.

My parents are both in StoryPoint in Chesterfield. It's fantastic, they have fantastic staff, they're very welcoming, and they take care of my parents' needs more than I had anticipated. I'm really pleased. They like some of the food really well, but some of it they just didn't like. We're still dealing with COVID, but they have a few things that they can go out and do in their common area.

I live out of town, so I always need help. I am very grateful the WHOLE staff helps me and my parents. The facility is very clean The rooms are very spacious A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE

StoryPoint is an excellent facility. All of the staff with whom we have interacted are wonderful, compassionate, caring people. They have been very responsive to my elderly brother's needs on a day-to-day basis as well as when special needs have arisen. The actual physical facilities are first class and well maintained. When I compare StoryPoint with the similar facility that my mother-in-law is in, there is no comparison; hands down, StoryPoint is better.

My grandparents became residents here last December. My grandmother had a stroke, became ill, and passed shortly thereafter. The staff was incredible and loving with our family. My grandfather continues to be a resident. He fell into a depressive state during this pandemic, and has been helped immensely by the staff during this time. I am truly thankful for all of their hard work, love, and dedication to all of the residents, especially during this time. Story Point is bright, clean and welcoming.

Five Star treatment started even before my Mom moved in, everyone has been extremely helpful and they make sure my Mom has everything she needs, always going above and beyond. The facility is excellent with several dining rooms and lots of different actives for her and is very well maintained by the entire staff.

My mother came to StoryPointe Chesterfield after spending 3 years in a very nice Fl independent living facility. She is healthy but in her 90’s. StoryPointe’s Enhanced Living is perfect for her. Someone checks on her every morning, she gets all 3 meals everyday. She gets all her laundry done and her apartment cleaned. Her extras include getting her meds and help with weekly bathing for safety. Her apartment is very adequate and the StoryPointe facility is beautiful. Food is great and employees are amazing. Bingo is her favorite activity. StoryPointe did a wonderful job dealing with COVID, keeping everyone safe and happy. We think she will have many more safe and fun years as a StoryPointe resident.

Nice Apartments with a great staff! My sister at 62 fits in perfectly. Plenty of activities and a few extras to suit her active lifestyle! Excellent food.

when going to move in, look at all the closets, kitchen space etc. we brought too much stuff. However, since dinner is included every night. don't need alot of kitchen items.

The apartments are cozy and the laundry room is close by. SP staff are warm and friendly and very responsive to your concerns. They offer a full calendar of events. Our family member loves the outings and mystery trips. They also enjoy the wide selection at dinner and the bistro.

The staff is amazing! They have been wonderful helping my mom get settled in her apartment. She has daily medical requirements that the in house care team has gone above and beyond to adjust to her needs. There's a wide variety of daily activities, many choices in layouts and sizes of apartments, along with gathering spaces. (Library, the Bistro, game rooms for example)

My mom transitioned easily from her home to her StoryPoint apartment thanks to their wonderful staff, beautiful facilities, amazing meal choices, and fun activities. As her daughter, I am so relieved that she no longer lives alone, no longer has to climb up and down stairs, can get to doctor appts, shopping and visiting my dad using their Community Bus. She is both independent and part of a vibrant community. Manicures and mimosas, art room, exercise room, library, interesting guest speakers and musicians to name a few things.

The staff is very friendly and always there to help out in any situation. So lucky we found this special community for my 80 year old mother. The food and choices of food are delightful! Can't even tell you how great the once a month buffets are for residents and family. My moms spacious 700 sq foot apartment with balcony overlooks the sunset, which is a relaxing way to end her night. She is able to decorate to her own taste. The laundry facilities are conveniently locate and mom is able to do her own laundry, at any time of the day or night. I'm so glad they offer a free (15 mile each way) shuttle bus, mom is able to go to appointments and shopping at her own convenience. They are always activities to participate in, from boat cruises, lunch outings to local restaurants to just a movie night and oh I forgot, the weekly cocktail parties with entertainment. I highly recommend Story Point.

I spent many months looking for the right place to move my mother into and checked out so many Senior Living Communities. So thankful she has ended up in StoryPoint (she calls it HappyPoint!). The apartments are just the right size with everything she needs to be comfortable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff - it is truly an amazing community of caring people in a very lovely, new facility. I've enjoyed some of the activities with my mother and the food - oh my I could eat there every day! The Sunday brunch once a month is 5 star all the way! The transition for my mother from her home to this had everyone concerned. However, the staff has made it so easy for her to adjust and within weeks she was referring to StoryPoint as "Home". Mom recently had an unexpected trip to the hospital and upon her return needed extra care. The staff at the on-site home health care agency has done such a wonderful job in making sure all her needs are met. She loves all the aids and the gentle, loving way that help each day. My goal (and StoryPoint) is to make this mom's final home and with all the help available, I am sure it will be....

StoryPoint Chesterfield is beautiful, and we're moving in. The food is delicious, it's clean, and it's all brand new. The people are nice, and the staff is great. The rooms are fine. We saw three rooms and picked the one we wanted. We've signed some papers, and taken some stuff up to our room.

My parents and I have had an awesome experience with every aspect of our journey with StoryPoint Chesterfield. My parents signed on almost a year ago to live at StoryPoint and will be moving in when they open next week. The apartments are beautifully laid out, the food is 5 star quality and everyone associated with StoryPoint has been warm, personable, knowledgeable, and caring. They have already made it like home and we're not even moved yet. I HIGHLY recommend StoryPoint. I looked for a long standing company, attitude of employees, food quality, medical/non medical care available, apartment layout etc, and StoryPoint hit all the buttons and then some. Please go and visit, you will not be disappointed.
