My parents have moved in at The Oaks. The facility is very involved in what's going on with each resident. My parents are in the independent living area but they still check in on them, and the services that they provide are very good. They do housekeeping for them. They have many community events to keep the residents involved, but they're not as good as I had hoped. They have an exceptional menu for dining, and they serve the residents different types of meals that they would like to have. The staff has all been very good. They have a beauty salon, which is very convenient. The only downfall that I have is they don't have an area for walking. Maybe they could provide a little more outdoor sitting area. There's an outside area like a small patio but it's not in a convenient location. Many of the residents will take a chair outside the front entrance and sit. If they added benches or something, that would be wonderful. Other than that, the grounds are kept up very well.

The Oaks is a great place. I'm moving into independent living, but they also have assisted living and memory care. I've checked their pricing and the amenities, and nobody else could match them. Both the staff and the residents were very friendly, open, outgoing, and easy to deal with. Everyone was just very kind and informative.
We just randomly showed up one morning and everything was perfect. They had a coffee stand right at the entrance. They also have beautiful, clear sparkling water in different flavors every day. One day it's orange, the next day it's cucumber lemon, and the next day it's different. There was someone shampooing carpets that didn't look like they needed to be shampooed, and apparently, he was steam cleaning the carpets. A gentleman was painting the wall that didn't look like it needed to be painted.
When we went up to the apartment, it was spotless. The bathroom, the refrigerator, and everything else was spotless. It was smaller than what I would like, but it is just perfect for me. I have 3 windows that are huge and they look out onto the grounds and the trees with squirrels going up and down. They had left a nice little welcome package on the counter, which had 2 bottles of water and information about dining.
They have 2 beautiful dining areas with displays out front of the food available. You can get 1 of the 3 specials for that meal. They have a restaurant-level kitchen and they make everything home-made. When they make pancakes, they make the batter themselves. They have fresh flowers on every table. They also have a dining area which you can reserve and invite your family and have a nice private family meal.
With my rent, I will receive about an hour of housekeeping a week, one meal a day, and 2 other meals for an additional $7. You can have guests come with you if you want to. And they just keep track of that for you and bill you at the end of the month. You don't have to worry about it at that time.
The grounds were beautifully manicured and clean, with trees all around. They have a walking track and if you have walked it 3 times, you've already walked a mile.

The Oaks was very good. It's a very nice facility. Everything was very clean and looked like new. Everybody was very friendly. The staff told me that the food is very good, that it's pretty much like homecooked meals. We walked through the dining area and it looked very nice and very clean. The whole facility was very well maintained.

I moved into The Oaks and I love it. I like it all. I love my apartment. It's a large studio and it's a perfect size for me. I have a kitchenette and I don't cook, so that's fine. Meals are provided in the rent and a lot of other pluses. There are activities and transportation to doctors' offices. There are just so many things that are so good about this place. All the staff are just wonderful. They're all friendly, nice, and helpful. It's just been amazing. I'm so happy here. The food is generally good. I'm kind of a picky eater, but it's pretty good. I haven't attended any activities yet, but I've heard good things about them. Compared to what else I've looked at, it is much less expensive. What's so nice about this place is everything is in one building.

Sanctuary at The Oaks provides Assisted Living, Independent Living a nd Memory Care to Seniors in a great facility with amazing staff. Cost is determined by level of care. I am living in a large studio apartment which greatly meets my needs in many ways including financial. 3 meals a day, transportation to to medical appointments on Tuesday & Thursdays, weekly house keeping, trash disposal, laundry facilities, numerous activities are available.

It is a fairly new complex, and it is very expensive. It has little apartments and is three stories high. It is a clean place with pretty chairs and pretty flowers. They have all kinds of activities for the ladies. They have bingo, and they have a movie on the weekends in the theater room. They have a bus to take the people to different shopping locations. They have kids come in at Halloween time with their costumes, and they have a little Christmas party coming up in a couple of weeks.

We toured and it was nice. They had a lot of activities. They had a bus that could take people to groceries and to churches. They had a library and a nice dining room.
