Long story short.
My mom was very ill. They claim to have taken her vitals and came back a few minutes later and she was dead.
They were "surprised to find she had died".
The older nurses/caregivers were very short and mean to to her verbally. The younger aids were pretty much clueless how to help her.

The doctor, nurses, aides and all of the staff at West Hickory Haven provided my husband with not only excellent care but compassion and caring not only to him but to our family as we visited him. When there we noted the care and kindness and caring that they showed to other patients as well. They are an excellent facility with a wonderful, caring staff.
