Crystal Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care offers studio style apartments with all inclusive pricing. We are a secure facility with four buildings on our campus. Each building can accommodate twenty residents. We offer private and semi private studio style apartments. Our all inclusive pricing covers room and board, assistance with activities of daily living, incontinene care, medication management, three meals daily, daily snacks, life enrichment activites, laundry services and housekeeping services.

My mother is in Crystal Creek Assisted Living. We chose it for affordability and their acceptance of Medicaid waivers. Her room is clean, spacious and good sized. It's a clean facility and seems to be well run. The meals they are offering are good and reasonable for that price point that is affordable. The staff is very friendly, very attentive, and knowledgeable. They did a good job.

My mother-in-law is at Crystal Creek, and so far, it has been good. The layout seems nice. She has a room that's close to everything. They offer meal and medication assistance and have a TV room and a nice living area. She has lots of closet space and good access to the bathroom. They also have an outside community center in the middle. They have 18-20 residents in one building, so they get to know their residents.

My mother is at Crystal Creek Assisted Living. The staff is good. They have very good people. They have their staple people that are there that we really like. They have private and semi-private rooms, and my mother is in a semi-private, but it is a big room. The facility is all one level, and there are four buildings. Each two buildings are attached with a kitchen in the middle, and the common rooms are upfront. The meals looked good. The dining room is clean and well organized. As for activities, on certain days, they polish the ladies' fingernails, and they'll do holiday activities with them. With regards to security and safety, it is very secure. The doors are all alarmed. They cannot get out. The alarms go off if anybody touches the door.

My loved one has been a resident of Crystal Creek for the past 12 months and my family and I could not be happier with the care and accommodations provided. The staff is wonderful and extremely kind when caring for our grandfather. He loves the food and loves playing bingo!

I moved my mom into Crystal Creek after I was referred to them by the nursing home social worker. I was nervous at first, but things have gone smoothly. Staff has gone out of their way to make my mom feel welcome. From the ice cream sundaes, to the arts and crafts and care she receives, my mom has improved so much from when she was in the nursing home. I was not looking forward to mother's day this year, but when I arrived and met mom with her hair curled, flower in her hair and her Sunday best dress, I realized my mom had found her new home, and I could go back to being her son and not her caregiver.
