The staffing at Grand Blanc Rehabilitation & Nursing Center was more than adequate. When we toured, it was very clean and we did not see or smell any urine. They had medical staff on duty 24/7. We went to see the dining room and the food looked good. The tour director showed us the weekly calendar of activties on the board.
