About This Community

Owned and operated by a Surgical ICU Nurse, Kalkadian AFC is a family owned assisted living care home with 6 residents located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.

We aim to provide the highest quality of care to all residents at all times by making them feel safe, secure and cared for by our team comprising of an experienced caregivers. We recognize and uphold the resident's bill of rights. We respect the dignity and unique worth of each resident.

We maintain and promote quality of life by ensuring that opportunities are available, accessible and developed in order that every individual resident is assisted and motivated for growth in all dimensions of life being physical, psychological, and social.

We also offer respite care for families that need to take a break. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Our loved one has been adopted as an AFC family member. Since moving in, he has returned to school, lost weight (yay!), and improved his hygiene. I am very satisfied.

The owners/managers at my sister's AFC are kind, equitable, loving and this is the best AFC we have found. It is very clean and maintains high standard. Visitors are always welcome. Highly recommend it!

A BEST AFC ever. Kalkidan II on Park Lake Rd. is fantastic because: • Clean • Honest • Allows residents freedom to do activities outside the AFC home • Welcoming to visitors and residents • Great care for all • Loving atmosphere
