When I toured it was very light, clean and everyone on staff that i met was very friendly. Now our son is living there and they seem to be very efficient in their care.
The admitting meeting left a little to be desired. Instead of sitting in a conference room they all stood around my son's room and there were no chairs and the room mate was there so we didn't want to interfere with his space. awkward!
