Boulder Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care was a very nice community. We just felt that it didn't have as much to offer from an activity standpoint. It was a bit smaller, which was okay. The facility was also very new and very clean.

Boulder Creek offers many varied and fun daily activities and events for the residents to participate in, and they're encouraged to attend them.
My dad's social life revolves around these daily activities, and he truly enjoys all of them. One of his favorites is the Friday happy hour, where snacks and drinks are offered, and there's usually a sports event on the flat screen TV. He also enjoys the singers that come to Boulder Creek to entertain the residents. Volleyball is a can't miss event, and he enjoys too. He goes to excersise class everyday, and encourages others to join him as well.
Kathy Fox does a great job arranging the monthly activities and events for the residents, and she always has many fun and innovative events on the monthly calendar.
Boulder Creek is always neat, clean and well maintained, and l appreciate how the staff decorates the facility for each holiday. It always looks so impressive.
The staff members are always friendly, caring and helpful, and the food is amazing! Kudos to the chef, as he does a fabulous job; the residents love his meal options, and agree that the food tastes great.
The rooms are well maintained and cleaned each week, and laundry service is provided for the residents. A lot of individuals work very hard to help care for my dad on a daily basis.
In conclusion, l'm very pleased with Boulder Creek overall, and feel that management works hard to provide a comfortable and safe living environment for my dad.

I loved everything about Boulder Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care. It was very nice, very homey, and very cozy. The only thing I don't like is they have a $4000 "welcome to our community" charge. Pricing was great, everything was great, but they want $4000 for kind of nothing. The person during the tour was great. Everybody, there was great, very friendly, answered all my questions, and took me around. I met the lady who's in charge there. It's a very nice place. I have no qualms about it.
The rooms were great. Even the smallest room was quite large. The studio was quite large. I had no problem with the room either. It was very nicely set up and had a good view of the property and the woods. They said they had a lot of activities. I didn't see a lot. I saw they were having a happy hour when I was there and there was a bunch of people sitting there for the happy hour. The staff told me they had activities every day like bingo and stuff like that. There's a beauty salon and an exercise room. The staff seemed fabulous.

They need they’re own moving hand trucks. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and always go above to help. Resident really enjoy exercise class, movie nights. The new chef is always meeting with residents to improve or take requests for new menu items.
