About This Community

Our inviting one-story ranch home was built for assisted living, allowing easy mobility with wide hallways and barrier-free bathrooms. We are located in a quiet residential area where birds sing and squirrels play. However, we are also very close to the local hospital, shopping and restaurants.

Our residents are like family to us. We have birthday parties and celebrate holidays together.

Daisy Caring Hands Assisted Living, LLC partners with a local senior day center. Residents are able to participate in activities at the day center on weekdays. The center provides transportation to and from their building. We also offer activities at home: sing-alongs, games, gardening.

Our pharmacy delivers to our home. We have visiting doctors, physical therapy and a podiatrist.

My mom has been at Daisy Caring Hands Assisted Living. It's wonderful, it's a small place. They're very hands on, very clean, very nice people, and it seems like they really care. I've had no issues with them whatsoever. They offer everything. They take care of her medication, they have a physical therapist coming, a pastor that comes in, and there's a nurse onsite 24 hours. I couldn't say any good enough about them. She doesn't do too many activities. She's pretty much bedridden at this point. They do get her up three times a day in a wheelchair and walk her around, let her try the games with the other people, but as far as walking around and stuff, she doesn't really do that. She eats in bed. She says the food is good. I'm not there, it's too much to watch her, but seems fine to me. She says the food is fine and that they feed her well. Whenever I visit I bring her candy and stuff anyways. The facility is very clean. It worked for my budget when a lot of other place didn't.
