We liked the services that Allegria Village offered. The facility was nice. The staff seemed very nice, too. The cost was the biggest factor why we chose that place for mom. They gave us a pretty good deal. Her room was very large (larger than the other rooms in the other facilities that we visited) with a nice view from the window. They offered a social room, shopping outings, a hair salon, and an in-house physician, which was great. The physician would come right there to your facilities and visit each person in the room.

I went to Allegria Village. The residents and the staff seemed to be happy. They were very pleasant. Roger is phenomenal. There's a lot for the residents to do. It's very secure and beautiful. It's very clean. I would recommend them.

Allegria Village was a very large community. There were buildings of rooms and facilities to accommodate any kind of situation. One nice thing about it was they had a chapel and different sections that were for memory care versus the regular care. They had three meals a day, 24/7 care, and good grounds, especially in the summertime. The rooms were good. All of them were clean and appropriate size with a small kitchen, shower, single/double bed, and everything they needed. The staff member that walked us through had the same situation with his family that we were having. So, he was able to talk to us and give us some assistance as we were going through this process, which was helpful.

Our visit went very, very nice, and a lady interviewed us first, and then we viewed the village. The accommodation might be OK, but we are kind of figuring out we need to downsize. The rooms were beautiful.

The staff are very kind, very helpful, and everyone is very understanding with our situation. They have made my aunt's stay very comfortable. The place is very clean. With regards to their activities they have dancing although I can't remember most of them, but they do have a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. Every Friday they have a movie night and everybody gets popcorn.

Dad is going to move here. The staff there are very professional and very easy to work with. Of all the places he visited, he felt that one was the most like home. He will have a two bedroom with a patio overlooking the courtyard on the inside. We had one lunch meal and what we had was very good. We haven’t moved in yet, but so far everything is very, very good.
