About This Community

From your first moment through our grand foyer, it’s easy to see that Brighton Manor is far from ordinary. Every square inch of our community is thoughtfully designed to provide convenient and luxurious living for all of our residents. Textures, colors, furniture and decorative pieces impress spiritual wellness, and our floor plan is laid out in a way to encourage a sense of community and a feeling of belonging.

Our communities are centered around our philosophy of empowering residents to lead more active and independent lives than they could any where else. We do this by placing an emphasis on providing housing that addresses the emotional, intellectual, physical and social needs of our residents.

ASSISTED LIVING

Our assisted living programs are designed for senior citizens who may need assistance in day-to-day activities, but don’t require the full care you’d find in a traditional skilled nursing facility.

MEMORY CARE

Our memory care program has an independent, safe, and home-like setting with specialized care for residents diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our residents experience many changes and our mission is to provide a positive emotional, intellectual, physical, and social environment. We strive to create safe and fulfilling Alzheimer’s and dementia care for our residents- where individuals are respected for who they are.

We saw the assisted living side of Brighton Manor Assisted Living and Memory Care. The facility is beautiful and huge but it was too commercialized. There was no family setting whatsoever there. I was walking down hallways and never saw a single staff person. I never saw anybody on the floor. I never even saw any residents on the floor. It was like long hallways that were just dreadful. The rooms were beautiful though, and I loved the rooms. It was almost like living in an apartment building where no one ever opens their doors. It was too confining so I didn't like the setting at all. It was a beautiful facility and it was clean. Everything was 100% but it had that feeling that you just take somebody there, drop them off, and that's the end of it. That's not what I wanted at all. I don't want to give them a bad review because it was gorgeous, but it didn't have that family feeling and setting. It didn't have that caring feeling because there was no staff. I don't know where everybody was. The staff who assisted wasn't extremely friendly either. It was like her mind was someplace else other than me on the tour.
