My mother-in-law is in the Safe Haven Assisted Living. The staff is excellent, the cleanliness is good, it's very roomy, the hallways wide and the rooms are large. They've started doing more activities. She moved in since the pandemic started and so a lot of activities were curtailed. But they have some activities. I know Mom did painting, mostly she does embroideries and reads and plays music and stuff like that. But the house is lovely, I think anyone would be happy to be there. I'd like my brother to be there, but it's an all-female facility. Mother sometimes complains that they have too much tomato stuff but the food always looks and smells good, and they cook it up fresh every day.
