For those dealing with Alzheimer’s and memory-related dementias, we offer a secure, memory care unit. Our memory care philosophy involves making every day special for someone suffering from memory-robbing diseases.
Our specially-trained caregivers take a personalized approach with each resident. This helps them to reminisce about positive times in their lives, while feeling safe, purposeful and productive.
We work with the family and the resident to create a monthly calendar with diverse, enriching experiences. Residents are encouraged to socialize with each other and to engage in shared interests and hobbies.

I am a resident here at Prestige Way of Holt. The outside is beautiful, and I like the scenery. There are a lot of trees and nice patios around the facility. I did not get to tour this place before moving in, and I was disappointed when I got in because the room that I am in is very small for two people.
The aides and the staff are wonderful. It's the ones in authority that I question because they are not very nice. The ones that take care of me are very nice.
We have bingo, puzzles, and painting pottery. There are people that come in and play musical instruments. A couple of days a week, someone comes in and does church services. Sometimes we do things with the residents from the memory care building.
The dining area is lovely. We have 4 cooks here, and 3 out of 4 are wonderful cooks. When that other one cooks, I just have a salad.

Every department has been wonderful to work with. Admissions, the director, kitchen staff & everyone else promptly responds to any small concern. Truly love it’s a smaller facility & my mother doesn’t get lost in a place with larger community.

I visited this week to see my grandmother for the first time since she moved in and was so impressed with the staff at Prestige Way and how they treated her and myself as a guest. Everyone that I interacted with seemed so friendly and were happy to talk with me. I walked in as she was talking with a member of staff about how she can't wait for the next bingo session, since she is on a winning streak. They were laughing with her and wished her luck for the next game. It made me so happy to see such a genuine interaction. I visited near lunch time and got a peak at my grandmother's plate, and the food looked yummy to me. She told me that she actually really enjoys the food, especially dessert! Her room was quite large and seemed to be very nice, it was much nicer than the room she had at her previous care facility she lived in. I was so happy to see my grandmother in high spirits and I feel great about the people helping to take care of her day to day.

A family member of mine lives at Prestige Way
and I lived out of state so it had been a long time since I seen them. The staff was super friendly, the place was clean, I arrived right before lunch time and the food being served looked good. All the other residents looked happy and it made my day knowing my loved one was in good hands.

I have lived here for 3.5 years. My room is cozy, I have my own room with a private restroom. The dining tables are bigger than they used to be, and they swapped rooms around to make space for therapy equipment. The staff are usually very good, they are very attentive and take care of all of my needs and most of my wants. All staff deserved to be recognized for their dedication. As for activities, Bingo for one! I enjoy iSPY, trivia, cooking and the crafts. Pet therapy is nice as well. We have Wi-Fi, satellite tv, shower rooms, guest bathrooms, a laundry room and three-square meals a day. The trip to St. Johns Mint Festival was memorable!

My sister in law has been here approximately 2 years. Prestige Way is an older facility and not fancy like so many facilities that have no substance behind the “glamour “. Staff here care about the residents and know immediately who you are calling about unlike so many places where residents get lost in the shuffle. Amanda, Julie, Stephanie and LaCher are staff members who especially deserve recognition. Activities are ongoing and enjoyed by my sister in law and bus trips are now an excellent part of the schedule.

When entering the Prestige Way of Holt, the old nasty urine went right through my mask. My daughter was with me, and she also said it stinks there. It seemed to be coming from the left wing of the door.
The staff was looking at each other's cell phones. One guy was late to work, and then he kept being on his phone. Then he started dragging linen out of the hallway that smelled; he was just dragging it on the floor. They also had my tour wrong because they thought I wanted memory side, but I wanted assisted living.
I liked that they had private rooms and a private bath, but they definitely need to increase how clean they keep the residents there and their area. The soiled material should be going right into a bag or something, not just dragging them and carrying them in one hand across the carpeting.

Prestige Way of Holt was kind of set in the middle of a subdivision so it was in a nice location. I saw both their assisted living and memory care because they had 2 sides. You just walk from one building to the next. The staff who assisted us was good.
The community was a little bit older. It's been there a while but overall, it was nice. It just wasn't where I would want my dad.
It appeared to be well-kept and it was a nice facility. It could use some updates, but it was nice.

My sister in laws mother is a resident here and she is very happy. She likes the staff (who are very caring). Finds the food to her standards. She also likes the friends she has made there of the other residents & enjoys the activities they do.
