Welcome to Vicinia Gardens Assisted Living

Vicinia Gardens of Fenton, LLC provides services and daily activities structured towards residents care. The residency will provide services for both men and women, as they will make up the population of Vicinia Gardens of Fenton, LLC. Vicinia Gardens of Fenton, LLC will honor each resident’s life story and focus on the highest person-centered approach to care.   

Vicinia Gardens of Fenton, LLC activities program will consist of methods that will incorporate each person’s talents and skills into their daily activities. Our residents will enjoy a wide variety of customized activities that will include hands on crafts, games (visually & audio), movies, exercise, reading and outside entertainment. Our goal is to offer a variety of activities to promote health and happiness.  

Continual guidance and teaching will be provided by Vicinia Gardens of Fenton, LLC, on providing excellent care to residents in the various stages of life. All personnel will be initially trained in the proper techniques, approach, and care of individuals to enrich the daily lives of our residents.    

An individualized Residency Service Plan will be developed for each resident upon admission. Enhancing our resident lives is a commitment that Vicinia Gardens, LLC has a passion to meet.

Provides 24 –hour assistance based on individual Actives of Daily Living

Emergency response systems.
3 meals per day.
Maintenance and weekly housekeeping services.

Vicinia Gardens of Fenton was a very nice community. The people that were there were also very nice. The facility was clean, spacious, and pretty nice. Their amenities were comparable to bigger places that we've seen, they have a community-type room for the residents, and they have a comfy and nice dining area. The rooms that they had left were private and nice. It would have worked for us but it was so far away.

Vicinia Gardens was all good except there wasn't enough outside space, and it was too expensive. The rooms were beautiful, but were almost $5000 apiece, and it was just too expensive. Everything was all wonderful, and everybody was great.

Vicinia Gardens had private rooms, which I wanted. It was a fairly new place and very nice. The people I met were nice. The rooms were really nice, private, and big, and you can bring whatever you wanted into the room. The living area was large, and there was an area where they can go outside.

Vicinia Gardens is further away from where I live, but the rooms are the best ones of all the places I looked. The people working there are wonderful. They have a doctor or a nurse to see my relative, but if he has an eye appointment, dental appointment, or something health related, I have to get in the car, go get him, and take him to the appointment. I like that it's small and that they have motion detectors because he wanders at night, and that the staff is there 24 hours for him. There's good communication between the director and myself. The food is good.

Vicinia Gardens is newer, and it has smaller ratio. There are only 20 residents, so my parent gets more individualized attention. It is typical with any assisted living facility, so the rooms are very small. There is not even a private bedroom. However, the room seems to be functioning well, and he seems to be getting the care that he should be getting there. He has only been there for a couple of months now. They have more of a family atmosphere, since there are only 20 residents living there. The staff is wonderful too.

Vicinia Gardens is excellent. The staff is great. A lot of them are nursing students there. They have arts and crafts, exercise, and different activities. They have a chef, so there’s home-cooked meals every day. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable with nice wallpaper, carpet, and paint. The knowledge, involvement, and engagement of the staff stood out to me.
