Spectrum Health is a smaller center, which is what I like. It's more personal so the care is exceptional, and it's very clean. I'm out of state so it was even more important to find a location for mom that would best fit her needs. I was there when she was served food and it was very, very good.
She's in a semi-private room, but it's so large that even with a dividing wall between her and the next resident, it's very spacious. You feel like you have your own room and the bathroom is very spacious also. There's plenty of storage for clothes or other items of comfort. The staff has been professional and caring. So, it's worth every penny.
