My dad has received great care at Grand Village Assisted Living. His suite is spacious and welcoming. He enjoys the beautiful common areas and outdoor patio. The staff is very friendly and supportive.

For my father, he had a one bedroom room, and it was very spacious, like being at his own home. The administration staff have been great and always helpful when we had questions along the way. The nursing staff was also great, they are respectful, compassionate and and always there to help in any situation. We loved that my father had many activities like excises, crafts to make, and baking are just some of the things he could join or do and even love the outings. The food is good too. Their are nursing staff that help with medications or if need alitgle extra help in bathing. Laundry was done once a week too, and housekeeping. We are really happy to have placed my dad in their care.

I toured Grand Village Assisted Living & Memory Care. It was lovely. The tour was wonderful. It is bright, cheerful, and new-looking, and there are lots of windows. It's a very pleasant place to be in. The staff was excellent, helpful, and answered the questions that I had very nicely. With activities, I saw people playing bingo. There's a nice outdoor space, so people were sitting outdoors. They have lots of activities that they have listed. The person who gave me the tour talked about how they had just taken people to Holland on a bus. They went down basically to the shopping street in Holland and had a nice time doing some shopping. They played bingo. They had a cookout with their residents and families in the past few days before I visited there. It sounds to me like they do a lot of things to keep their residents busy. The rooms were lovely. We saw both a studio and a one-bedroom, and they both were of adequate size for what my mom needed. They were lovely apartments.

The core staff is very great to work with. Not as much turn over as other places. They really do care about my mom.

I went to Grand Village Assisted Living. It is laid out exactly the same as where my mom is now, but a couple of years older. The facility was really nice. The guy that did the tour was really nice. It is not as updated as the other place, but it was still very clean and very nice in appearance. They do lots of activities and they had a beauty/barber salon. The staff was very friendly. It is kept up very well, and it felt very homey. There were residents hanging out in the living area and some of them in the dining area finishing up lunch or something.
