We're very happy with Georgetown Manor – East. There are 80 people in the place and it's separated in four areas. My mother-in-law is in the Alzheimer's place with only 20 people. They're very caring and they get individualized care. They call them by name and know each individual. They know if they're acting any different and know how they're reacting to others. They're respected and taken very good care of. We can go there anytime and just walk in. My mother-in-law is doing great so we're very thankful. The staff tells us whatever is going on and they give us a call if there are concerns. They're very open. My mother-in-law feels very comfortable and they do things to keep them busy and to motivate their brains, like games and music. She has a private room, with a couch, a couple of chairs, a bed, dresser, closet, and own bathroom. They have balanced meals, and if my mother-in-law doesn't eat her meal, they'll hold it for her and warm it up for her. It's really nice and we've been very pleased. She's doing much better than before.

We were very pleased with Georgetown and Cambridge Manor. They had all the amenities my mother would need, and the room sizes and services offered are similar to her current community, except that the price is not as costly. It's a good place to move her to. I spoke to some of the residents there and they said they were happy being there.

My Mother has been at Georgetown Manor for 4 months. She likes the size of her room. She likes the food. She did not want to leave her house, but she needed assisted care to get around and take her medication when needed. From my perspective, my mother's health has improved during her months there. Costs are $4800. a month. Writing this 2017. My siblings and myself are so relieved as Mom was too much for us to handle. By that I mean assisting with bathing for example. She arrived in a wheel chair but is back up using her walker due to the physical therapy she is receiving. We chose Georgetown Manor because we had known people that lived there and the location is close to my home.

My mother is in Georgetown and Cambridge Manor and seems to be adjusting very well and getting involved in things. The staff has been great, friendly, and caring. I don't have any issues at this point. When I'm there, everybody is doing a particular job that they're assigned. They're always doing something. I've had one meal there, and my mother likes the food very much. If she doesn't particularly like something, they give her something else and adjust the portions accordingly. The dining area is small. She has a private, adequate room with room for a bed, a table, two chairs, a dresser, two other chairs, and a TV. They have at least two or three activities a day, and it's your choice whether you participate. What impressed me was that it's close to where I live, small, and the cost. I had my mother-in-law in the memory care side, and we had a great experience with her.

My mother-in-law was in Georgetown and Cambridge Manor. It was clean and carpeted. The food was good. I had a variety of lunches when I was there. The caretakers were very good with the residents. The staff was very knowledgeable and also very caring towards the residents. I really liked it. It was very well run and the people were very good. They took the residents out on bus tours every once in a while. It was a very good place.
