This is a terrible place! DO NOT send your loved one! Very stressed out staff and they are short staffed. Some of the nurses and aides are nice and friendly and we know they are trying but they are crabby and rightly so, not enough help! The residents are just sitting there and when they pull their cord it can be over 30-40 minutes before anyone comes to help and then they complain they are short staffed! Not our problem when we are paying for our loved one to live there! What are we paying for? No service, no help. Beware and check out other facilities! Awful and I wouldn't even give them one star if possible.

My mother was at Covenant Village. She stayed there for three months. They helped her out a lot, which is what she needed because she fell and broke her wrist. It was a very nice place. It was a very good place. The staff was very good. They had an incident with one of the ladies while my mother was there. Other people had complained about it because she was rough, and they took care of it. They were very good. My mother shared a room with another lady, and they had their own bathroom but no kitchenette. The dining area was good. Activities were good. They had bingo and movies. They had people coming in for talks, and they had singers come in as well.
