The patience and compassion demonstrated toward my grandmother by everyone there was unparalleled. The lady that runs Barn Swallow Manor believes in holistic medicine, and the food is all organic. They only had one staff at a time -- one full-time and one part-time. I only met one person, and she was somewhat informative. The apartments were small, but clean, and they only serve six people at a time.
