I could not ask for a better place for my aunt to stay. The atmosphere is clean and cozy. The staff are nice and welcoming. My aunt is always happy, this is how I know she is getting good care! She loves the food and activities!!

My Mother has been at Hathaway Hills for 10 months now. We have experienced a very kind and helpful staff, from the aides to administration. My Mom has a unique case, since she has a colostomy and needs her bag changed a few times a week. Most staff members have become familiar with the process, although she experiences new aides at times that need to learn the proper procedures and takes a while to get it right. This is frustrating for her, but part of the process. The chef tries to accommodate her with foods that she can eat due to the colostomy. I like the town hall meeting that takes place approximately once per month, this includes the residents and gives them an opportunity to speak freely about their thoughts on improvements or making compliments on anything they have enjoyed. As a family member, I feel confident that the staff at Hathaway Hills have my mother's best interests at heart and they are very good at communication and keeping me in the loop.

When I walked through the doors on my initial visit,I knew it was the place for my dad. It had a intimate family feeling.The rooms provided everything we wished for him to maintain his independence while still providing safety for him. The staff has been wonderful with communication on all levels of care for my dad. It gives me great peace of mind.

I went to Hathaway Hills Assisted Living & Memory Care. The staff I spoke with was nice and went over everything. We talked about cost. It's a smaller facility. He showed us where the dining area was and where they do activities and then we were able to see a studio apartment. It was clean and nice. There was a really small group of residents watching TV in kind of a big area where you came in at. They didn't have any activities going on at the time. From what we saw, it was really clean and seemed in order.

Everyone at Hathaway Hills was very caring and supportive with our family and mother as she transitioned to assisted living. The move wasn't easy for her, but the friendly staff and residents were very welcoming. Mom's apartment was clean, bright, and spacious. She enjoyed getting her hair done and participated in some of the activities, especially the musical performances. Our family is very thankful for the wonderful care and attention mom received at Hathaway Hills. She always felt safe and loved.

Hathaway Hills is the answer my family needed for Mom. The staff has been helpful every step of the way, Mom's apartment is spacious, the food is amazing and there are always activities for Mom to participate in. Mom was of course hesitant at first but she enjoys being at Hathaway and we appreciate knowing she is being very well taken care of.

My Parents were both here, at separate times, and very comfortable. Rooms are clean and more than adequate size. Staff is very professional, efficient and genuinely respect the Residents. Medical issues are handled promptly with Resident's physician and family notified. Church, bingo, crafts and games are regularly scheduled if Residents choose to attend. Dietary restrictions are efficiently handled by the kitchen with occasional special requests.

The staff was fantastic! Very caring and nurturing. They went out of their way to take wonderful care of my mom. I can't say enough positive about the staff, I would totally recommend Hathaway Hills to anyone. The rooms were large, light and arranged nicely.

The facility is nice and clean. The layout is conducive for senior living. Activities for the residents take account for all different levels of physical and mental constraints and needs. The transition to assisted living can be very challenging, not only to the resident(s) but also for the resident’s family/care takers. I can not stress enough that a very open line of communication will make this transition smoother, pleasant, and be achieved more quickly. The staff is very caring and helpful. The care given is is matched to the need of the resident be it a dementia resident or a physical need resident. They consistently make the residents feel like they are at home. The assistance given to the family at the time of end of life of our parents was phenomenal.The situation for each parent was different but handled very caringly and professionally. I would highly recommend Hathaway Hills needing an assisted living place for a loved one. Feel free to contact me in person if more detail is needed.

I went on a visit to Hathaway Hills Assisted Living & Memory Care. It does not have any kind of Medicaid waiver; so if they are out of money, they are out of luck. It is one of the reasons I did not select them. It was nice, but the money part of it did not feel right. They had a hair salon and walk-in tub or spa that people could utilize.

The entire family were very pleased with the care Mom received from everyone at Hathaway Hills...Mom made many friends and renewed some friendships from years past...I feel you lived up to the Hathaway mission, to provide high quality care compassionately to those needing assistance. I have a Aunt in Assisted living and she is well taken care of. The staff are very kind ,and loving and I would recommend this place to anyone. I very pleased with her care. This is a very clean facility.
