I went to see Masonville Place's assisted living facility, and it was fine. They were very, very helpful during the tour. They offer meals, housekeeping, and laundry. They have private, nice apartments. There was no issue with the place; it's just not going to be right for my husband. They did a very nice job with the visitations and everything. I have no complaints at all. They're actually still following up with me, which is kind. The staff was top-rated; they did great. Chris was really good. Their nurse came out and did an evaluation of my husband. They did a nice job.

We toured Masonville Place for my siblings. They were very helpful and very personable. They are all vaccinated, one hundred percent, and they had not had one single case of Covid.
We had to take a fast test before we could get into the facility and they had hand sanitizer readily available, and the place looked immaculate and smelled well. Two separate wings have outdoor spaces. You can work in the flowers, or you could have a small garden plant or plant a few plants. If I had to go myself, I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to go there.
The dining room was closed to visitors because of Covid.
They were really, really very good and very friendly. They didn't hesitate to come up and welcome you, even though we were on the tour. It looked very well there, and everything looked very well maintained.

I went to Masonville Place. It was a good tour, and it looked like the apartments would work for us. Everything was clean, nice, and tidy. Everybody was friendly. They showed exercise areas, a spa area, and a place where they can get a haircut. I was impressed with what I saw. I know they have activities, but I didn't see anything going on. They were having lunch at the time. I only talked to one lady, and she was very nice and very helpful. It was a very nice facility. There were a couple of real nice outdoor areas.

My friend moved into Masonville Place, and she loves it there. It's excellent, they have excellent nursing care, they have a nurse on staff, and she has several friends that have moved in. They have the standard amenities. They keep them very busy.

Masonville Place is a very nice facility. It's big, spacious, bright, and clean, and the rooms were nice and very spacious. They have crafts, exercises, and weekly shopping, which is nice. They have two big, open courtyards, and a very nice dining area. The price was reasonable.

Masonville Place is pretty much set up fine except for the food. They don't really offer vegetables during the meals and sometimes dinner is just hotdog and chips, which I don't think is very healthy. The casserole seemed to be dry. They offer activities during the day, and the staff is excellent.

Masonville Place is very nice and very clean, and had very friendly staff. The food is not the best, but it is not bad, and my dad really likes it. They have a lot of activities, but Dad doesn’t really do that. The dining area is spacious and very attractive. I like the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness.

Hello my mother was a resident for 3yrs or so.she since has passed. the staff was very caring and did their absolute best.the were short handed most of the time especialy in the evening my mother would say this on a daily basis. huge turn over in directors. they would get great managers then in a few months they were gone worked way to hard and pay issues im sure as well as stubborn mgmt. they also had residents walk a long long ways for dinning area it was hard to witness at times.food was fairly good. their price structure could get very expensive when your needs increased they would jump your rating up and the cost would go up 18 dollars or more per day and their were 9 levels you could be increased to so close to 2000 dollars above the base rate could be charged. so to close a corporate run operation where trying to maximize profits is the case here. at the expense of employees and residents. we loved the staff and care given corporate on the other hand is the issue.
