Our Aunt has really blossomed due to the attention and care she has received at Heritage Hill. Cole has the skills to bring people out of their shells. The whole team makes life stimulating and fun for the residents. The residents feel like they are part of a family which is wonderful since we don’t live close by.

My parent is a resident at Heritage Hill Assisted Living in Caro, MI. He has been there for a couple months now. While searching for a place for dad, a clean place, caring and friendly staff, room size, meals, and activities were all on our priority list. Although the price is costly, we felt that our dad deserved a great place to spend the precious time he has yet of living. There are three different sized rooms, depending on a person’s needs/wants. All the staff at Heritage Hill are very caring and friendly to all their residents and families. They have worked with us and have been very helpful in answering any questions or concerns we have. We feel that our dad is experiencing a time of his life at his age participating in all the activities that Heritage Hill has to offer; corn hole, bowling, horseshoes, chair exercises, baking, Bingo, cards, Bible study, music, etc. The residents are also taken on outings to restaurants, shopping, bowling, etc. I would very highly recommend Heritage Hill for your loved one!

I am thrilled with the care my Grandpa receives at Heritage Hill. His room stays very clean and the staff is phenomenal. The activities are the very best. Cole and the staff do an absolutely amazing job coming up with activities for the residents. It is so nice to see smiles on their faces! My grandpa told me he did bowling last week. It makes me so happy to know he is doing more than just laying around. Thank-you Heritage Hill for taking such great care of your residents.

Our mother became a resident here and the staff was wonderful! She was so nervous and after moving in she felt so welcomed and comfortable. The services they offer are remarkable!

The staff was extremely helpful. They made a very trying time with my in my family’s life as easy as possible being able to get my mother into the facility from the hospital. My mom loves the food. Just wonderful! The place was very clean. They had a lot of activities for my mom and our family to join in on.

The staff at Heritage Hill understands the importance of a quality transition from full independence living to assisted living. Residents are allowed to feel they’re able to maintain their independence as much as possible. Phone requests are answered promptly with resolution. Additionally, Heritage Hill goes above and beyond with socialization and helping residents feel like it is their home.

The team is very loving and caring. They are in need of more expertise with dementia patients. I am often called when I feel the staff should be able to understand the issue at hand and be able to solve the problem.
The activities provided are
wonderful. The facility is clean and appealing.

My mom is currently living at Heritage Hill. The employees there are wonderful. They have so many activities that my mom participates in. She absolutely loves it there! She is more active here than she has been in years!

My father has lived at Heritage Hill for approximately two years now. He enjoys the activities, especially Bingo. He is still able to drive, so he has a vehicle and can still get out and see his friends. Until last November he was able to have his miniature poodle with him and she was everybody’s sweetheart until she passed away. Now he has rescued a beautiful long-haired calico cat named Gigi to give him purpose in his life. The food is acceptable, and my dad is able to write in items that he chooses to have for meals.
The staff is kind and caring and my father enjoys living there.

Rooms are very nice and the staff is very helpful. They have a wide variety of activities including special events set up for the residents. They are very responsive to concerns and keep responsible family members up to date.

When moms care got too complicated for home, we searched for the best place for her to stay as independent as possible while receiving 24h/day care. She has made herself a home and the staff have bent over backwards to provide the care we all wanted to have mom receive. It is clean, friendly and Christ centered. The staff had a perfect record protecting everyone through the covid outbreak. We trust the staff with mom and her care when we cant be there now and in the future. What a blessing.

Staff attentive to needs, friendly atmosphere with encouragement for residents to participate in various daily activities. Very clean facility, well organized. Food services have variety and prepared to moms liking with no complaints. Staff keeps family in the loop on care status and coordination with doctors/virtual visits. awesome staff team providing quality care and compassion.

My mother needed to be placed in Assisted Living due to dementia/Alzheimer's. We found Heritage Hill at a very emotional & stressful time for our family. They helped with the decision making process without knowing if we would even place mom at their facility & once it was decided that Heritage would be the best choice for her they were extremely helpful in her transition. They have consistently gone above & beyond since the first day I contacted them. We couldn't be happier or more pleased with how mom is treated. Every staff member genuinely cares for each resident as if they were their own family members. Mom is thriving there. She has made friends & enjoys the wide variety of scheduled activities. She loves the food & states it is always delicious & plentiful. Her room is spacious with a beautiful view & always kept spotless.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Heritage Hill to anyone seeking a place for their loved one.

We liked Heritage Hill in Caro, as well as the administrator and the employees that we talked with. We were very impressed with it. I didn't make an appointment, and there was some type of activity going on, so I wasn't able to get as thorough of a tour as I would've liked.
It was very beautiful. It had a nice fresh clean smell. Everything looked really nice. I didn't see anything in regards to cleanliness that bothered me at all. It was bright and very homey. If things work out financially and my mother ends up there, it would be a place I would not mind visiting.
