My mom is at Charter Senior Living of Davison. The staff is very caring and very informative. There's lots of communication about my mom. They treat her as an individual. They have access to a hair salon twice a week, a doctor on staff that comes and sees them in their homes, outings, a library, a theater room, and different activities and classes every day that they can participate.
They're all in their individual apartments so they have some sense of independence. My mom is currently in a studio, but she's on a waitlist for a one-bedroom. It is a decent size studio apartment. She has a small kitchenette that has a microwave and a mini fridge so she can keep her own snacks. She has her own private bathroom, too.
They have outdoor areas that they can go in and are still contained on the property. They have two separate living room areas and a sunroom. It's not a huge facility, so it's easy to navigate and everything's handicap accessible. It's a little pricier than some of the ones in the area, but the extra price is worth it.

All the rooms in Charter Senior Living of Davison were very nice. The community, the atmosphere, the dining rooms, the living areas, and everything was nice. They had a menu that looked adequate. They had bingo, which my father would like. They also had entertainment as part of their activities.
