My mother is in Sunrise of Bloomfield. It seems homey and friendly. They have her in memory care right now. I've seen the food, but I've not tried it. It's not gourmet by any chance, but it's fine. They have walking, bingo, the music occasionally and somebody comes in, and arts and crafts. Carl's golf club is right next to it, and it's across Costco and McDonald's.

I toured Sunrise of Bloomfield for my mother. The tour was fine. The place is great. It's beautiful. It's well maintained. The residents seemed clean and happy. It didn't smell. There were lots of places for them to have their own area in the memory care ward, but it was just more expensive than what she had. Linda was a great, super nice lady. They do scheduled trips. The rooms were nice. They have two different kinds: private rooms and shared rooms. They do have a kitchen in the memory care ward itself, so they don't have to come down off the ward at all. It's a secure ward and secure floor. They would get them and bring them to the kitchen, so they know they're eating.
