I've been in Seal Rock Healthcare in Saco for a week now. I'd recommend it. It's well-appointed. It's modern. The staff is excellent, and the grounds are beautiful. There're a lot of staffers, they're very friendly, and I don't have to wait. Sometimes I have to order something different because I can't eat what they're serving. For breakfast, for example, they have a lot of eggs and I don't eat eggs. I'm getting physical therapy and occupational therapy.

My wife is at Seal Rock Healthcare. She's been there since February and she's happy with it. I think her care has been good. The staff has been attentive, kind and caring. I think they do a very good job of the food. It's nutritious and they have a varied menu. The facilities were clean, well kept, and at least adequate. My wife has enough space. She's in a private room. It's quiet and it's comfortable overall.

The health care team on the unit was phenomenal. They each carry a heavy heart as they take care of our loved ones. I visited my loved one every day and at different times during the day. I saw the staff take care of their residents as if the resident was their own relative. They made me feel welcomed every day - The atmosphere was friendly and love was shown by all. Thank you.
