I have been here for 5 years and I never want to move. They have fun events that I enjoy and the neighbors are nice. I feel very safe living here.

My husband and I have been living here at Alta at Regency Crest for about a year and a half. We moved in during the height of the pandemic. I have to say that the management here handled the situation wonderfully. I felt very safe following their guidance. Alexis and Tai are truly professionals. They are always here for us and respond quickly to our needs. They do a great job giving us awesome social events that are not only fun but beautifully presented. I also would like to commend our maintenance crew Don and Damon who are always on the ball, responding quickly to our requests. I feel at home here.

I've been a resident at Alta at Regency Crest for almost 5 years and it is very nice here. The residents are very friendly, as well as the Management Team, Maintenance Staff and Custodian. The Amenities are many. Such as an Indoor Swimming Pool, Yoga Room, Beauty Salon, Exercise Room, and Game Room.
There is also an outdoor Courtyard with tables, chairs, umbrellas and a pond with Ducks that waddle around, that are so cute and will surely bring a smile to your face. Also, there is a a large Great Room with a fireplace inside where residents congregate, play cards, various games, enjoy food (compliments of the Management Team) and a large glass Fish Tank to watch and enjoy all the beautiful fish.
There is plenty to enjoy here or you can just sit and enjoy being alone on the front porch. Gazebo or some of the other beautiful areas on the premises!

The residents have become like family.
The office staff (Tye and Alexa) aim to please. The maintenance team is on top of things and willing to make us comfortable. My husband and I are very happy we chose The Alta for our home.
Our apartment is spacious and beautiful.
I use the pool for my arthritis issues.
Line dance class is fantastic and fun.
The location is great. Shopping is easy access and we are close to our church and children.

Just wanted a leave a review for Alta @ Regency Crest in Ellicott City, Maryland. When my wife and I were looking for an apartment to rent for 3 months or so in the Baltimore area, we came across some very positive reviews for Alta @ Regency Crest. Since Alta was in close proximity, it was one of the places at the top of our list to consider.
My wife and I flew up from Florida, rented a car to look at several locations. In speaking with the office manager Alexis both on the phone and in person, her professionalism and courtesy extended to us made us feel right at home.
In showing us the amenities, we were impressed with the cleanliness, maintenance and layout of the apartment complex. If in the market for apartment living, I highly recommend Alta @ Regency Crest.

I went to Alta at Regency Crest with a friend. It has a pool, so you don't have to go outside. I have arthritis, and so I go to the Y. But at Alta, I wouldn't have to leave there. The pool is available 24/7, so in the wintertime, I would not have to worry about going outside of the facility. They have a meeting room where you can invite guests in. Those were things I liked about it. They have a courtyard where you could entertain people, and you could go to the courtyard and see other residents. It was a very nice place. The staff was very nice, very pleasant and helpful. They gave us a chance to speak to current residents. I don't know whether they provide meals or not because I went in with a friend and she was looking for a senior citizen apartment. But we did do a thorough tour.

Management is always available when we need them. They are very patient and do not stop u til a issue is resolved. Alexis does not ignore our requests and does what she can to get what we want. I have lived here 4 years and personally love it here.

I went to Alta at Regency Crest. She just let us look through a book with pictures and floorplans, and she walked us around to the general areas. The prices are a bit more reasonable, but I wasn't impressed with the office. It wasn't very inviting, kind of drab, the lady that showed us around was OK. They could have used paint in the gazebo area. It needed some TLC, the grounds. It had a full-scale hair salon/barber, it had a full-scale theater, it had an exercise area. The gazebo area was just beautiful because it had the ducks, it does have a heated indoor pool, but it needed an update.

We chose Alta at Regency Crest for my sister because of the amenities and the security of it. We had a wonderful tour. It is costly, but the staff members are absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and when they met other residents, they knew their names and they knew their situations. The apartment that we're trying to secure is right next to an elevator, so there are elevators to get you to your floor. There is a courtyard in the middle, which is perfectly secure, and they have a great room that people can use, too.

Alta at Regency Crest was very nice. The person who gave us the tour was very pleasant and nice. What I didnt like about it is they charge for everything. Also, we would have liked bigger bedrooms. They had an exercise place, a pool, a community place where they get together, and it seemed very nice.

The landscaping crew was doing maintenance of the grounds when I visited Alta at Regency Crest. The parking was accessible and convenient. The facility was more modern than the other place I visited. The apartments were very nice, and the staff was professional and friendly. One of the residents came up and introduced himself. There were other residents -- mostly females -- who were engaged in a Bingo session at the time. The staff member who showed me around gave me the impression that she was really trying to get me to commit to getting a place there. They showed me studios, two-bedrooms, and one that had an extension for a balcony. The walk-in closets were very nice and spacious, and there were modern amenities in the kitchen.

I visited Alta, and it was very good. The staff was very personable, they took me around, and showed me the grounds and everything. It was very nice, but it was too expensive for me, and the price goes up every year. The apartments were a very nice size, they seemed bright, and homey. The people I met were very friendly, they had a choir there, and a pool.

Alta looked very promising with a very pretty floor plan and a good price. It’s just that they don’t cover any of the utilities. It’s a place primarily for seniors. All of the people in Alta were very friendly while we were there for several hours. It was clean, and they had a very nice one-bedroom with a den. They have everything I needed.

Alta at Regency Crest seemed to be nice. It’s in exactly the right spot. However, my wife has difficulty walking, and the hallways are long, so that might be a problem for her. The other thing that we are not happy with is you only get a 1-year lease therefore they can raise the rates as much as 3% a year, and if you live for 10 years, about 30%.
Everything looked good. The people were nice. Location was good. The building was kept well. There was a room full of people, and they seemed to be having a good time.

I thought Alta at Regency Crest was lovely and all of the amenities were nice. The problem was its way above my price range for a two-bedroom, and they don’t have any one-bedrooms. The rate increases annually, which was the other thing I was concerned about. People can get together and make their own clubs. They have a lot of space, an indoor pool, pool table, and exercises.

Alta looked promising and almost excellent. It’s a little pricey, but I think I can work around that. The rooms were spacious.

Alta at Regency Crest was a new facility and it was very nice and clean. The courtyard was also very nice and everything was very neat. They had a community bus that could take you where you wanted. However, the problem for me was that I didn't like pets and I could smell it when I got into the elevator although it wasn't that strong.
