My mother is at Willow Manor at Colesville. It's a very clean facility. It is secured. You have to put in a password to be able to get in. The staff are friendly and kind, and my mother loves it there. They have a gym and a library, and they have lots of activities for the seniors throughout the year. It's just wonderful.
They have different activities according to whatever holiday is going on. They also have a party room if you want to host a party. They have a library. They have a guest room that you can rent for your family if they want to come to visit. They have a gym. They have an area where you can watch TV and watch movies. They have a game room with a pool table and different things like that. It's great. Everyone is respectful and kind. My mother loves it there. She loves people. The staff know her by name, and she just feels at home there. They're very kind. It's a close-knit community. Everyone knows each other.
That's the best place my mother has lived. My children love going there. We love visiting. She seems happy and clean. There was a time when I couldn't locate my mother and they went out of their way to make sure she was all right. They checked in on her and told me that she came back in. They're very attentive to detail. They're amazing. The facility is well maintained. My mother bragged about their activities, too.

My parents have just moved into Willow Manor at Colesville. We chose them because of the convenience being close to my house, so we're only 10 minutes away. We also chose them for its pricing. It was the lowest rent that we could find. Everything was over $1000 and this was the only place below $1000. My parents have partially moved, and they'll be fully moved tomorrow.
They have a 1-bedroom, which is very comfortable, very nice, clean and well taken care of. The staff, especially the manager, is excellent. She was very helpful with the application process, with answering our questions in a timely manner and in helping us out with everything that we needed. My parents get one meal.
Right now because of Covid, they don't have any activities. After Covid, they will have those. They have places where they can get together in groups. Right now, everything has been cancelled because of Covid. It's a very quiet and clean community. It looks like nobody lives there, but it's very nice. The manager is extremely helpful. She has a very good attitude and is always willing to do whatever she needs to do.

I visited Willow Manor at Colesville for myself. This facility was very pleasant and very nice. Their staff was very nice, polite and courteous as well. It was a very nice visit. However, it is far away from where my son lives and they have like a six-month waiting list. Their rooms were small too.
