Family and Nursing Care is fantastic. Their administrative, nursing and home care aides are responsive, caring, consistently professional, and competent. I was referred to the agency by hospice when my father was at end of life in August, and currently they are providing 24 hour care for my elderly mother. Caregivers are warm and well-trained and responsible. They’re backed up by nurses and schedulers who help me coordinate changes as my mom’s condition changes and, importantly, support their aides. They work hard to provide consistency, which is so important for both my mom and me. And I am NEVER worried that my mom is not receiving high quality care. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
