My mother is in Arden Courts of Pikesville. They have a lot of activities, basically from morning till 5:00, if they want to do it. The food seems pretty good, I haven't eaten it, but I've seen it, and I haven't heard any complaints from my mother about that. It's a very clean place, I liked the way it's organized, it's all on one floor, they have four different wings, and each one has its own name. Everyone can do activities together in the activity room. Each wing has a dining room, a kitchen, a living room with a TV, a couple of chairs, and a sofa, and each one can relax on their own wing. You can walk anywhere, you're not limited. Sometimes they have family events, like a Sabbath dinner, once a month they have a little service for anyone who signs up, and they have a dinner, and you can bring your relatives. They have different Holiday events, for Christmas and New year. I can take my mother out whenever I want, there's a code to get in and out of the place. Most people have their own bedrooms, and there are a few rooms with double occupancy. I don't think they have enough help.

My Dad is a resident at Arden Courts, and I cannot say enough nice things about the staff, management and level of care he receives there. The caregiving staff is terrific--they are kind and compassionate, and have endless patience, from my observations. And the medical staff are attentive, and always keep me up-to-date as to how Dad is doing. Dad has the chance to go on outings, which I know he enjoys. He also appreciates the little dog that lives with one of the other residents there. I'm hoping that as the weather improves this spring he can get outside and enjoy the garden courtyard area a bit more. I am very thankful for everyone at Arden Courts!

My grandfather is at arden courts in Pikesville. After a lot of research we chose them because they were well organized, had a good facility and a great sense of optimism and humor. They do a wonderful job accommodating all my grandfather's needs and continue to go above and beyond to keep him and his family happy and comfortable. Can't give enough compliments!

I choose Arden Courts of Pikesville for my wife because they treat dementia patients only. The rooms are very nice. They are an average size. It has a very congenial environment. The staff is very good. My wife seems to like the food. She never complains. They have activities like bingo and sing-a-longs. I like that it is a locked down facility so you can't go out. The security is very good.

I like Arden Courts. That's why I placed my mother here. The staff is good and caring. This facility has assisted and memory care facilities. The place is clean, bright, and very positive. The food is good, the dining area is fine, and the environment is very positive.

I was satisfied with Arden Court. They had adequate well-trained staff and they did everything right when my husband was there. The meals were good. I would recommend it to others.

Arden Courts was recommended to me by a co-worker; I checked it out and found it to be the best choice. The facility is clean, bright, and intelligently laid out, with needed amenities on site. My mother lived there for more than eight and a half years and was always well cared for and kept busy and entertained. After she fell and broke her hip, requiring hip-replacement surgery and rehabilitation, her room was held while she was away from the facility for a month, and additional care was provided to her after she returned.
