The nurses, aids, doctors & social workers took good care of my sister. Because I lived so far away, we would have group teleconferences to keep me informed. The social worker knew I wanted my sister close to me so she worked hard to make the transfer possible. The rooms are on the small side but they are kept clean. My sister really wasn't interested in activities as she was not well physically or emotionally.

I can't say enough about Canton Harbor . My nurses Angela and Danielle were the best. There wasn't anything they wouldn't do to make me comfortable and help me when needed. Basically all my aides were there when needed. Not sure of all their names except Angie and Mary.
My only complaint is the food. Most of the time the food was cold every day. Not enjoyable.
Out of the 3 nursing homes I have been in, this one is the better of them.

They have a way to make you feel welcome. If I could bring them home I would. Danielle the nurse and Angela the nurse was excellent. The have good personality. Carmicheal In Housekeeping does a job. I really miss her when she was out. she is friendly and does a good job. Dee the gna was also great I just was around positive people.

The staff was great. I was on the second floor and Elizabeth and Darrion the gna's was always nice, polite, respectful, and always available when they was needed.

The respiratory staff here was great and my nurses Angela and Danielle was always there for me they all made my stay here worth coming here and I wanted to say thank you

I just love everyone here they treated me with love and care. I wish they improve the food because of no season but everybody here it just sooo nice.

The aids are great especially this one name kinka but we call her kee kee. she reminds me of the energizer bunny and she always full of smiles and love. If I had to come back I would. I just think the kitchen food should try to fix there food better and also serve it when it hot. I love a hot meal.

My Stay here at Canton was excellent. The food was good and the staff was great. My aide That I had kanika but we call her keke was the best. she was there when her and I never to wait a long time for her to answer my light. Keke was always polite and always smile which lifted my day, I just love her ...

Staff at Canton on unit one where I was a patient treated me like family. I would recommend this facility to all. I am back home and getting back to normal.

I came here in December of 2018. This facility is kept very clean. The staff can be busy taking care of all the residents, but they try their best to get to everyone quickly. They put on various activities for us, and I really enjoy bingo and attending the church services. Overall, I’d recommend FutureCare Canton Harbor. What I like most about it is the therapy. Its onsite and has been helping me out quite a bit.

I've been living here at Futurecare Canton Harbor for over 3 years. The staff has gotten a lot better since I first came here. One of the major plus sides to this facility is the pricing. It's extremely well prices for the level of care and service that are offered. The cleaning crew does an excellent job, and the nurses and aids always check on me. They put on a number of fun activities; I love bingo and the live music. It's been very good for me here.

The staff here at FutureCare Canton Harbor is good. I especially love Tuliah, the aid, Tracy, the nurse, Lisa, the RN and Mike who runs the activities. They all work very hard. The food is pretty good, and the activities are great. I used to love the activities, but its been hard for me lately in my physical condition. Bingo and the trips off campus were always my favorite. If you or someone you know is looking for a place like this I'd recommend FutureCare. The therapy here is good, Tom is one of the best and Jim is also excellent.

I want everyone to be informed of the great care I received at FutureCare Canton Harbor. I have no complaints about anything. The staff are always in great spirits and I truly thank God for guiding me in this direction for my care. The staff at Canton is on a ball!! Everyone is always friendly and helpful.
