My father moved into the long-term section of Twin Oaks-Williamsport Retirement Village. The rooms are a little small, a little tight. The staff has been very nice, but I was a little concerned that it took almost a month to get somebody to do something with the lesion in my father's arm. They bring his food to his room, it looks okay to me, but he's not eating well.

The facility is clean, residents are considered "family." We go every couple of weeks and can enter without staff knowing we are there. I've never seen any incident where residents were being mistreated, yelled at, etc... I've only seen staff treat the patients with care and consideration.
