My mother was groped at the facility by a patient with dementia. The put up a net that look like a ping pong net with a red stop sign in the middle of the net which was supposed to stop dementia patients coming into her room. My mother still had patients in wheelchairs trying to come in her room with the sign up. The sign did not prevent the patients from entering her room. They also tried to rush her rehabilitation but we appealed with Medicare for each discharged date. The physical therapy was terrible and incomplete based on the home care physical therapy she received at home once she was released. Based on the online progress report from Buckingham Choice, my mother was between 62% to 67% improved. Dr. Quant ( the staff physician) assessment of my mother's condition was to taking his stethoscope and check her lungs ilan the front and back. They are not a facility for patient with chronic pain or back pain. The doctors and staff are not skilled to handle patients with chronic pain. I was disappointed because it came highly recommended.
