I am a resident of Oak Crest. I'm very satisfied, and everything is provided. You don't have to worry anymore about what's going to happen. My husband just died a month ago, and I know that I will be cared for as I deteriorate or get worse. I have a large apartment, with two bedrooms, two baths, and a balcony. There's a kitchen, living room, and dining area. We have just about anything you want. We've got our own medical staff of about five different doctors, and several nurse practitioners there all the time. We have security that's EMS trained. We got eight restaurants here, and we got a CVS on campus. We've got everything here; you don't have to leave campus. On top of that, they do have a shuttle service to the grocery stores. Because of the Covid problems and transportation and stuff, I'd say the food right now is about a four; but you can't blame them because it's just the way things are right now. There are so many activities you can't keep up with them all. I can't find fault with them.

food is often cold or not what you ordered. There is little or no sense of community. this is simply an institutional operation for making money. No free ANYTHING. They even charge you 50 cents to watch a movie!!.. My wife and I pay $3200 per month and have 20 meals per month included in the rent. On a downhill slide. What is shown at the "events" is not reality. I am planning to move.
