My relative stayed at this facility for almost 18 months. Some of the nurses were very friendly and capable. Then turnover occurred and my relative's care declined sharply. I mentioned my concern to the team caring for my relative, but the care didn't improve. There were times I left after visiting my grandmother worried. The overall cafeteria was OK and the additional activities were good.

Just ewwwwwww, patients are definitely not cared for well in dining room, totally ignored, if these people do not eat, their plate is taken away, some residents don’t know how to eat anymore, some nurses and some aids have no compassion anymore, I wish I worked their, the patients would be very well taken care of and attended to, totally disgusted there, glad my friend will be done with rehab and go home where he will be very well cared for, this place dirty dirty dirty , disgusting!! Wow 1st experience in a nursing facility and hope it never happens again
